It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ferguson Shinn of Huntersville, North Carolina, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Atlas and Margaret Keenan Ferguson; and her husband William Eugene Shinn. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Gail Shinn and Darlene Shinn Hinson (Terry); and her grandchildren, Ethan Miller (Lee Ziglar), Mandy Flannery (Paul), Melanie Padgett (Randal) and Maggie Smith. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
