He is survived by: his wife Shelley Renee Spalding Putnam; his stepchildren, Brandon Atkinson and Britany Atkinson; his sisters, Becky, Danielle, Amy Putnam and Rachael Toohey; and his grandchildren, Laci Black and Makenzie Houghteling.
