He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Wallace Payne; his children, Crystal, Bobby Alley, Amber and Matt Cannon; his grandchildren, Kelcey, Casey Robinson, Kasen, Kaley Alley, Dawson Cannon, Grayson Cannon, Matson Cannon and Hudson Cannon; and his great grandchildren, Josey and Jayce Robinson. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
