He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Debra Abert (Lee Hall), Domenic Polzella and David Polzella (Leigh); his grandchildren, Kristen Corfield (Chris), Jason Abert (Ashley), Alexa Polzella and Emily Polzella; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Kailyn, Jaxon, Sebastian and Levi.
