He is survived by: his siblings, Penelope Hale, Patty Hale and Elza Jacob Hale (EJ); his girlfriend Patricia Radowick; and also Roseanne Powell.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
