He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Charles Bernard Gouch, III (Mary) of Norfolk, VA, William Allen Gouch of Concord, NC, Paul Eric Gouch (Sharon) of Mineral Springs, NC and Alice Crowe (Scott) of Cartersville, GA; his stepchildren, Kellie Jordan (Jeff) of Rockwell, NC and Jim Miller (Cindy) of Charlotte, NC; and his siblings, Harvey Gouch (Nell), John Gouch (Betty) and Martha Hartley Lawrie (Peter). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
