She is survived by: her children, Lynda Smith (Bill Burkholder) of High Point, Kristina Morton (Sonny) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, H. Truett Smith, Jr. (Vickie) of Davidson, NC, Jerry Smith (Lora) of Mooresville, NC and Terry Smith (Nicki) of Monroe, NC; her grandson Joshua (Charlsea); her children, Leigh, Caleb (Bianca), Nick (English), Jessie (Tyler), Rachel (David), Mary Lynn (Josh), Luke, Jay, Trevor, Katie (Holden), Isaac, Travis (Ryan), Gabriel, Anna, Matthew, Nathaniel and Michael (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Eli, Owen, Noah, Lilly, Amelia, Henley, Levi and Erik; and her sister Martha Archer of Cornelius.
