She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett William and Pauline C. Hayes; her husband Paul Mitchell; her brother Daniel Hayes; her former husband John D. Roman; and her daughter Linda Roman-Bland.
She is survived by: her daughter Jill Lord (Bill); her grandchildren, Megan Reavis (Colby), Rebecca and Jamie; her son-in-law Jeffry Bland (Wendy); her grandchildren-in-law, Abby, Emily Field (Calvin) and Jonathan; and her great grandchild Madeline.
