He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Bryan; his mother Mary Arnette Ivey; his stepfather Buddy Ivey of Kannapolis; his aunt Cathy Marks (Lawrence) of Boone; his uncle Rick Arnette of Huntersville; his cousin Chris Johnson of Poughkeepsie, NY; and his aunts, Kathleen Nay (Larry) of Tampa, Florida, Sharon Houston (Wally) of Tampa, Florida and Elaine Duncan (Tom) of Tampa, Florida. He was also cherished by other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Church of God Children's Home, 3485 Orphanage Circle, Concord, NC 28027.
