He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Lamphere Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughter Caitlyn; his father Gene Cook; his stepmother Pat; and his siblings, Michael Cook (Beth) and Jeanne Marvin (Ken). He is also survived by three step-siblings.

I remember his great savvy as a former paramedic, his tech savvy and use of “lol” before it caught on, but most of all, he was kind, always smiling and very resilient despite some nonacademic challenges during PA school.
