He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Sims (Deaton); his brother Don; and his great grandchild Alec. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Sims (Cary), Rodney Sims (Christy) and Libby Allison (Todd); his grandchildren, Austin Sims (Amy), Ashlyn, Dylan Sims (Sabrina), Jordan Sims (Joyce), Hunter Sims, Carsyn Lowe (Colby), Lindsey Allison, Tanner Allison, Tate Allison and Grayson Sims; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Zoa and Creed Lowe; and also, Ava, Emma and Sylvia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Huntersville United Methodist Church in Bobby's memory.
