He is survived by: his family, Greenville and O'Fallon; his parents, Peggy Riede Collins of Portage, MI and Keith McKenzie of Burlington, KY; his stepfather Scott Collins of Portage, MI; his sons, Brock of Raleigh, NC, Hayden and Jace of Concord, NC; his sisters, Sarah McKenzie of Tallahassee, FL, Angela Reyes, Maria Perez of Mesa, AZ and Tabitha Drengson of Queen Creek, AZ; and his former wife Michelle McKenzie. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
