He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Shearer and Kathleen Shearer. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughters, Cathy Wade (Van), Sandy Mecimore (Greg) and Joy Ferrell (Gary); his grandchildren, Nicholas Mecimore (Emily), Greyson Wade (Caroline), Jake Mecimore (Ashley) and Ford Ferrell; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Micah, Theo, Cal and Eli.
