She was predeceased by: her daughter Chris Farina of Columbus, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband John Bender; her son Tim Bender of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Dan Bender and Beth Bender; and her brothers, Jimmy and Tink Gorsiline of Columbus, Ohio.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Per Barb's wishes, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Levine Cancer Center.
