She was predeceased by: her parents, William Blanchard and Isabell Goodine Blanchard; and her siblings, Alice B. Ellis, William Blanchard Jr., Luther Blanchard, John Blanchard and George Bannister.
She is survived by: her children, Hilary Norman-Kilgo, Julie Outlaw, Aaron Norman and Sterlis Norman, Jr.; her siblings, Cathy Harrison, Rebecca Edney, Sarah Price, Lois Johnson, Isaac Blanchard and Charles Blanchard; and her stepdaughter Penny Bell. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
