She is survived by: her children, Darren Keith Pope (Lori) of Lenoir and Kellie Pope McElveen (Tony) of Lenoir; her sister Carol Shatley of Hudson; her grandchildren, Cassie McElveen, Gracie Pope, Kristin Pope and Nathan Pope; her great grandchildren, Trenton Pope and Charlie Pope; her close friend Sandra Auton; and also, Jill and Gary Mann.
