He is survived by: his wife Sue McJunkin; his children, William Dale McJunkin Jr. (Tasha), Tracy Edwards (Chris) and Amy Garcia; his siblings, Billy R. McJunkin, Jud "Petey" McJunkin and Lauri Elder; his uncle Jay "Bunky" McJunkin; his stepmother Ginny McJunkin; his grandchildren, Chelsea Edwards, Cierra Coffey and Malea Edwards; and his great grandchildren, Zailey, Cade, Jaxon and River. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
