He is survived by: his sisters, Vickey Roberts (Brian) of Valdese and Carol Jane of Hudson; his nephews, Benjamin Roberts of Granite Falls and Jacob Hicks of Granite Falls; his niece Emily Hicks of North Wilkesboro; and his great-nieces, Rosie Hicks of Granite Falls and Parker Hicks of Granite Falls.
