He was predeceased by: his parent Arison Warren; and his brothers, Ronnie Warren and Darrell Warren. He is survived by: his parent Rosa Bargo Smith of Kentucky; his wife Janice Luetta Austin Maynor; his children, Tyler Warren of Kentucky and Ciara Warren of Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Mike Austin of Hudson.
