He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Brantley Hendrix and Lottie Lester Smith Hendrix; and his siblings, Frank Hendrix, Howard Hendrix, Mary Lee Elliott, Dot Hendrix, Jewel Hendrix, Alberta Shatley and Claudia Hendrix.
He is survived by: his wife Myra Jean Branch Hendrix; his children, Derek Hendrix of Granite Falls and Robinn Cook (Randy) of Nebo; his sister Patricia Woodie (Jerry) of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Charity Bergstrom (Chris), Jennifer Powell (Brian) and Ashley Anderson (Ryan). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
