He is survived by: his father Robert Edmond Byerly, III; his stepmother Christina Byerly; his children, Westin Allen Byerly and Peyton Lynn Byerly; the mother of his children Brianna Byerly; his brothers, Benjamin Byerly (Qynn Staff) and Brady Byerly; his grandparents, Gene and Sandy Duncan; his great-grandparent Irene Duncan; his uncle Wesley Duncan (Crystal Duncan); and his aunts, Kimberly Hope Higgins (Michael Higgins) and Wendy Byerly. He is also survived by numerous great aunts, uncles, and cousins, and many friends.
