He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Navarro and Esther Jimenez; his brother Gilbert Navarro; and his son-in-law Sgt. Robert "Robby" Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Navarro; and his children, Robert Navarro II, Michelle Klemensberg and Erik Thompson. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
