She was predeceased by: her parents, John Vernon Beane and Darlis Shoemake Beane Chandler; her son William "Billy" Nathaniel Willard, III; her sisters, Carolyn Crump and Judy Myers; her husband William "Bill" Willard, Jr.; her daughters, Carolyn "Becky" Beane Fort (Larry), Joni Church, Shannon Cockerham (Jeremiah), Lisa Stansel and Tonda "Denise" Lovelace; her brother Luke Daniel Stone (Sharon); and her pets, Peanut and Monster.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Amorem Hospice in appreciation for their excellent care.
