He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Perkins and Rettie Perkins; and his sisters, Katherine Lucille Mcgarr, Dorothy Collene Perkins and Annie Mae Carswell.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Perkins; and his children, Ronnie Perkins (Terry), Cheryl Triplette (Ryan), Rick Perkins, Patrick Perkins and Kevin Perkins (Jennifer). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
