Phillip left this world on February 8, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Guy Cauthren and Frances Queen Morton; and his siblings, Guy Cauthren, Roger Cauthren and Evelyn Cummings.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Cauthren; his son Ralph Graham (Colleen) of Mooresville; his stepchildren, Adrianne Brookshire (Jeremy) of Lenoir, Amanda Gurley (Matt) of Lenoir and Matthew Coffey (Roxy) of Lenoir; his grandchild Addison Graham; his stepgrandchildren, Joshua Brookshire, Lyndsey Brookshire, Jacob Gurley, Kensie Coffey and Dean Coffey; and his sisters, Joan Gough, Ava Bishop and Vicki Lefebvre. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mackie Funeral Service (35 Duke St, Granite Falls, NC 28630).
