We are sad to announce that on August 7, 2022, at the age of 89, Margaret Ann Helton Cannon of Hudson, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Pearl Irene Helton Goble; her husband David T. Cannon; and her siblings, William, Jack, Junior Goble, Carolyn Johnson and Artie Herman.

She is survived by: her children, Jackie Dale Cannon of Hudson, Lisa Crouch (Tony) of Hudson and Gail Cannon (Robert Hildebran) of Hickory; her siblings, Buck Goble of Lenoir, Jerry Goble (Glenda) of Granite Falls and Martha Annas (Maynard) of Granite Falls; her grandchildren, Brian Smith (Jennifer), Steven Smith, Amy Wyke, Amanda Orsell (Billy), Ashley Helton (Bryan) and David Crouch (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Justus Smith, Abby Smith, Georgia Smith, Dylan Wyke, Sarah Loden and Jordan Wyke; and her caregiver Ava Crouch.
