She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorene Cheek Grogan (Loraine) and Carl L. Cheek; and her brother Norman Cheek. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Norman (Larry), Gary Grogan (Sandra) and Kristy Campbell (Freddie); her pet Buffy of Hudson; her grandchildren, Jeremy Norman (Kelly) of Hudson, Tyler Norman of Hudson, Tiffany Daugherty (Patrick) of Hudson, Quinn Campbell of Hudson and Garrett Grogan (Megan) of North Wilkesboro; her great grandchildren, Keirstyn, Jayden Norman, Liam and Kenzley Daugherty of Hudson; and her siblings, Carolyn Pierce (Archie) of Fleetwood, N. C. and Curtis Cheek (Peggy) of West Jefferson, N. C.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
