She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Keever and Annie Day; and her siblings, Rev. Charles Keever, Thad Keever, Mary Morrison, Betty Childers, Helen Rice, Brenda Younce, Peggy Elliott and Fran Staten.
She is survived by: her husband James Carter; her son Shannon Cochran; her stepchildren, Carol Atkins and Jonathan Carter; her grandchildren, Sergeant Kirk Herman, Senior Airman Kyle Herman and Kameron Atkins; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Kayleigh and Thomas Herman.
