He was predeceased by: his wife Minnie Hale; his daughter Tracy Ford; and his daughter-in-law Shirley Boyd Hale. He is survived by: his children, Wanda Hale Hair and Foster L. Hale; his grandchildren, Bradley Ford, Billy Goss, Jr., Michelle Sharon and Melissa Stovall; and his great grandchildren, Karina LeShea Howard, Miranda Goss, Piper Goss, Luke Sharon, Rayland Sharon, Taylor Stovall and Kaylie Stovall.
