He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Earp and Rosa Pennell Earp. He is survived by: his wife Martha Barker Earp; and his children, Angelita Huggins of Granite Falls, Sandra Gail Earp of Hudson, Dwayne "Eddie" Earp (April) of Lenoir and James Adam Earp (Angel) of Connelly Springs. He is also survived by three brothers; one sister; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
