Bartlett and April Perry Bartlett; his fiancée Victoria Bowman; his daughter Jessie Ophelia Ann Bartlett; his grandparents, Gerald and Sheila Brown of Hickory; his aunts, Victoria Williams (Eddie) of Hickory, Donna Maye of Hickory and Holly Perry of Roanoke Rapids; and his uncle Graham Gilley (Ann).
Instead of flowers the family requests donations be made to Jesse's baby fund to care for Victoria and the child she is carrying.
