He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Mask and Martha Melissa Austin Mask; his wife Sandra Bentley Mask; his son Steve Mask; and his siblings, Joe Mask, John Mask, Ira Mask, Brooks Mask, Colleen Mask Miller, Ruby Mask Mathas and Mary Mask Helton.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Mask (Robin) of Hudson, Cathy Mask Barber (Brent) of Hickory, Tamera Mask Nichols (Tim) of Hudson and Melissa Mask Townsend (Tyler) of Hudson; and his sisters, Billie Sue Mask, Cassie M. Wright and Wilma M. Miller. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
