He was predeceased by: his parents, David Grogan and Mattie Grogan; and his siblings, Frances Huskey, Ella Mae Parsons, J. D. Grogan, Stanley Grogan and Glenn Grogan.
He is survived by: his wife Loraine Cheek Grogan; his children, Beverly Norman (Larry), Kristy Campbell (Freddie) and Gary E. Grogan (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jeremy Norman (Kelly), Tyler Norman (Dana), Tiffany Daugherty (Patrick), Garrett Grogan and Quinn Campbell; his great grandchildren, Keirstyn, Jayden Norman, Liam and Kenzley Daugherty; and his siblings, Allene Ross, Ray Grogan and Max Grogan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
