He was predeceased by: his niece Megan S. Ogle. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Anna Garner (Matt) of Connelly Springs, NC and Becky Collier of Ocala, FL; his grandchildren, Will, Michael, Leily and Lilly Collier; his brother Steve Ogle (Cathy) of Danville, IL; his nephew Mark Ogle of Brazil, IN; his niece Mary Davis of Flora, IN; and his great-nephews, Gage and Gabriel Davis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Gary's name to the SECU House in Winston-Salem, NC.
