He is survived by: his wife Carol Ross Starr; his children, Susan Starr of Minneapolis, MN, John Starr (Agi) of New Brighton, MN, Linda Starr (Mark Miazga) of Falcon Heights, MN and Barbara Starr Feely (Todd) of Burnsville, MN; and his grandchildren, Henry Miazga, Addie Starr, Benjamin Starr, Erin Feely and Sara Feely.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
