It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Pearl Griffin Correll (Hudson, North Carolina), who passed away on April 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Griffin and Thelma Spears Griffin; her husband Raymond Correll; her grandson Kenneth Allen Correll; her great great grandchild Elijah Story; and her siblings, Houston Griffin, Bobbie Jean Greene and Ruth Kirby.
She is survived by: her children, Gary L. Correll (Louise) of Hudson and Sherry C. Triplett (Bill) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Brian Correll (Robin) of Conover, Jeff Correll of Lenoir, Brad Triplett (Kenzie) of Lenoir, Lisa Jett-Dunn (Russell) of Lenoir, Billie Lynn Adkins (Brian) of Lenoir and Brittany C. Greene of Lenoir; and her brother Terry Griffin of Lenoir.
