It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Phillips Coffey of Hudson, North Carolina, born in Davidson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. Pope and Georgia Hudson Pope; her former husband Phillips; her husband Horace R. Coffey; and her brother Hal Pope.
She is survived by: her son Charles "Kevin" Phillips (Ann) of Hudson; and her sister Joan Herman (Paul) of Hudson. She is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 social distancing and masks will be required.
