He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Livingston and Jean Feedham Livingstion; and his brothers, David and Richard Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Livingston; his sons, Donald A. Livingston of Westminter, MD and Robert Fennelly of Prince Fredrick, MD; his siblings, Mark Livingston and Colleen Morllor; his grandchildren, Connor, Hunter, Nicole and Robbie; and his great grandchild Beau.
