He was predeceased by: his parents, William Buck and Mattie Buck; his wife Ella Leonard Buck; and his siblings, Jesse Buck, Bobbie Lacock and Christine Martin.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Regan; and his stepchildren, Ellen Powell, Walter Leonard and David Leonard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
