He is survived by: his wife Berta Lewis; and his stepchildren, Wade Alan Pitman (Anita Everheart Pitman) of Gamewell, Christopher Dale Pittman of Hudson, Eve Anderson (Doug) of DeLand and Cheryl Honeycutt of Hudson.
