It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Carol Terry Dillard of Hudson, North Carolina, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Eugene Dillard; and her sister Dana Jetton. She is survived by: her father Burt Terry; her daughter Amanda Waters (Randy) of Hudson; her stepmother Phyllis Terry; her siblings, Dan Terry (Donnis) of Alabama and Gail Owens of Ohio; and her granddaughters, Ella Ruth Patton and Emma Lynn Patton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
