He is survived by: his wife Ann Perkins; his children, Juliana Perkins Beaulieu (Joshua) and Gregory Todd Perkins Jackson; his stepdaughter Christina Crabtree (Ed); his siblings, Larry Perkins, Steve Perkins and Susan Perkins; and his grandchildren, Lexi Beaulieu, Casey Crabtree, Owen Crabtree, Alyssa Crabtree and Tabi Crabtree. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
