He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pack and Ruth Pack; his sisters, Donna Ledford and Dovie Blanton; and his sister-in-law Pam Pack.

He is survived by: his wife Susie Pack; and his son Anthony A. Pack.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Yokefellow of Caldwell County.
