He was predeceased by: his parents, Ransom C. Winkler and Maggie Starnes Winkler; and his son Diron Kristopher Winkler. He is survived by: his wife Jean Freeman Winkler; and his sons, Sandy Deland Winkler (Jeanne) and Andy Dwayne Winkler.
