He was predeceased by: his parent Cecil Hicks; his son Ricky Hicks; and his sister Merle Harris. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Hatley Hicks; his wife Leona Hicks; his sons, Roger Hicks of Hudson and Barry Hicks of Denver; his siblings, Bonnie Church of Hudson and David Hicks (Doris) of Hudson; and his grandchildren, Tim Adams, Nigel Hicks, Tristan Hicks, Josh Hicks, Amanda Hicks, Carrie Hicks, James Hicks and Justin Hicks. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
