He was predeceased by: his father Howard Lee Penley. He is survived by: his mother Floye Penley (Story); his siblings, Karon Hughes (David) of Lenoir, Patty Ramsey (Mike) of Hudson and Steven Penley (Bethany) of Lenoir; and his pet Peppers.
