He is survived by: his wife Victoria Cotto Stump; his children, Steven Robert Stump, II, Vincent Daniel Gonzalez of Raleigh and Syreeta Beth Gonzalez of Philadelphia, PA; his mother Alice F. Stump; and his brother Billy Stump.
