He is survived by: his girlfriend Janet Jay; his daughters, Lou Ann Boykin (Chris) of Sims and Tracy Glover (Dwight) of Elm City; and his siblings, Ruth Worrell (Ralph), Marie Todd (Joe) of Elm City, Milton Upchurch (Donna) and Edward Upchurch (Carolyn) of Elm City.
