She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Belmont Godwin and Lillian Geneva Godwin; and her siblings, Grover Mike Godwin, Dennis Ray Godwin, Randy Lee Godwin, Linda Sue Wolford and Vanda Lynn Godwin.
She is survived by: her husband Louis'Fred'Humphrey; her children, Hope Lynn Maxwell of Emerald Isle, NC, John David Piacitelli (Lisa) of Knoxville, TN, Billy Piacitelli (Monica) of Hubert, NC and Timmy Piacitelli of Hubert, NC; and her sisters, Lois Smith of Swansboro, NC and Diane Horne of Jacksonville, NC. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
