He is survived by: his girlfriend Edith Smith; his pets, Gondor and Panda; his sister Joann Jacques of Fitzwilliam, NH.; his children, Michael Jacques (Nicole) and Jenna Taratuta (Steven) of Burrillville, RI.; and his granddaughters, Charlotte Jacques and Saylor Taratuta.
